The Ehsaas Undergraduate Scholarship Programme by HEC and initiated by Pakistan is for numerous public sector universities across the country. More than 50,000 students a year and 200,000 in four years will be benefited from the Programme.
Ehsas Scholarship Criteria

Scholarships are offered to:
- Newly admitted students.
- Admissions on pure merit only.
- Only for the Degree Programmes allowed by the HEC
- Students of age limit set by institution’s regulations.
Who cannot apply for the scholarship:
- The Students that are enrolled in distant learning programmes and affiliated colleges.
- Students on self-sustain/ self-support/ self-finance basis, or in evening programmes with higher fee structures.
- The students availing other scholarship.
How to apply online?
Students can apply for the scholarship via an online portal. To apply online in Ehsas Scholarships the applicant will have to make an account if not already registered, by choosing the “sign-up” option. The online portal can be accessed Here.
